Our quote providing service is free. Sending us a request does not oblige you to order the services of our translation agency. After processing your request you will receive confirmation of the time of delivery and price. All the information you provide will be kept confidential and used only within BELTRANSLATIONS.COM.
BY E-MAIL
Send your enquiry to our email address: beltranslations.us@gmail.com. In your email, please describe the services you require and attach any relevant files. The exchange of documents relating to payment and other relationships with our customers and partners is also carried out by e-mail, for ease of cooperation. After the deadline specified by the parties, the original documents will be returned by ordinary post or express delivery service.

You can send materials for translation by fax (+1 646 7833148). Please provide your contact information, in order for us to get in touch with you to clarify all the details. It is not recommended to fax materials of more than three pages. When there is a large volume of material it is faster to scan a document and send it by e-mail.
BY COURIER
For our loyal partners and clients, America City Translation Center provides a free courier service. All documents relating to your order will be delivered by our courier within a time-frame agreed with you in advance.
